Contractual Arrangements
Artwork may be leased for a minimal period of 12 months
Leased Art may be traded for another painting after 12 months. If this option is elected a deposit on the replacement
painting. Contract and fees will be amended to reflect replacement painting.
There is no limit to the number of paintings which can be leased at one time.
Paintings under lease may be sold at anytime to a Heron Bay gallery client other than the leaser,
the artwork sold will immediately be replaced by another painting.
Insurance for Theft and Damage are the responsibility of the leaser.
Transportation, if outside the greater Moncton Area is the responsibility of the leaser.
The leaser will be invoiced monthly for the duration of the contract.
Any and all leased paintings may be purchased outright at any time during the lease period at fair market value, 100%
of monthly fees may be applied towards the purchase. The balance owing on the art work selected would then be required to
close the sale.
At the end of the lease term ownership of the artwork passes to the client for a nominal charge.

Entente contractuelle
Un tableau peut être loué pour une période d'au moins 12 mois.
Le tableau loué peut être échangé pour un autre au bout de 12 mois. Dans ce cas, une caution devra être versée pour le
tableau remplaçant. Le contrat et les frais seront modifiés pour tenir compte des changements.
Il n'y a pas de limite au nombre de tableaux qui peuvent être loués à la fois.
Les tableaux loués peuvent être vendus, en tout temps, à un client de la galerie d'la baie du héron, autre que le locataire.
Le tableau vendu sera remplacé immédiatement.
C'est la responsabilité du locataire d'assurer le tableau contre le vol et les dommages.
C'est la responsabilité du locataire d'assurer le transport du tableau à l'extérieur de la région du Grand-Moncton.
Le locataire recevra une facture mensuelle pour la durée du bail.
Tous les tableaux loués peuvent être achetés en tout temps durant la durée du bail, à la juste valeur marchande; 100%
des frais mensuels peuvent être appliqués au prix de vente. Le solde devra alors être payé pour conclure la vente.
Au terme du bail, le locataire devient propriétaire contre une somme négligeable.
