Upon retirement as a pharmacist in
the mid 90’s, Pat looked around for a pastime beyond sailing. He dabbled in photography and gardening. In
the late 90’s, he began painting Folk Art, and people quickly became interested in his early artworks. His love for
Maritime Coastal beauty is found in his unique presentations. Self taught, with a fondness for bold colours, he keeps
his work playful and simple. He employs the acrylic medium on wood. He shares his home studio with his artist wife, Suzette in Shediac Bridge,
